What are your delivery times?

Orders of items in stock are typically processed by our warehouse within 24-48 hours from the moment the order is placed. 

In Europe, DHL Express delivery should reach you within 7-10 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 

In the rest of the world, DHL Express delivery should reach you within 10-15 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

If your order includes any item(s) on pre-order, all items in your order will be shipped once the pre-order items are in stock. We do this to avoid multiple shipping instances. This also allows the customer to return any items in a single lot. 

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

International customers will be responsible for customs & duties within their own country, Didymos Athens will not cover these cost. 

We guarantee that the order will be delivered with Delivered Duties Paid, meaning you will not have to pay any charge upon delivery.

Didymos Athens is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard & Maestro.

Didymos Athens also accepts payment by PayPal, a secure payment method which allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. All you need is your email address and PayPal password.

How do I track my parcel?

In your order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your parcel.

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

Please contact us on info@didymosathens.gr quoting your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
